Hey,
Da ich für zwei Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in der Zwischenzeit.
Das Zimmer ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell und man hat einen Blick direkt auf den Seepark.
Die Möbel und Vorhänge würde ich komplett drin lassen.
In der WG gibt es ein Bad und ein getrenntes WC und eine große Küche mit einem Balkon.
Die WG liegt in der Studentensiedlung am Seepark. Die Lage direkt am See.
Die Bahnhaltestelle am Bischhofskreuz ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der Bahn ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, mit dem Fahrrad in ca 10 Minuten. Diverse Supermärkte (Rewe, Edeka, Penny, Denns, dm, …) sowie die Westarkaden und Fitnessstudios sind innerhalb von 5-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir sind ein 4er WG, 2 Mädels und zwei Männer :) Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit sind uns sehr wichtig!
