we, (Alex, Luisa and Vicky) are looking for a new roommate at 1.7.25. (Evtl. also 15.7 possible)

Our apartment is located at the freight train station directly opposite the backbone or Country of sale on the 3rd floor with view over Freiburg :)

The apartment includes:
- 4 equally large rooms (18 m^2)
- a large entrance area with even larger hallway
- Kitchen (column is here)
- Dining/living room
- 2 bathrooms with toilet (one with shower and one with bathtub)
- Storage chamber
- continuous balcony (everyone can get from his room to the balcony and there is sun 🌝)

The rent is 725€ warm.
The renter would like to leave her furniture in and can therefore be taken over for a small price 😋

Here is a small description of the girls and our WG life:

From any sporting activities through joint cooking/playing or a cozy wine or beer we have for everything. Through very different working hours and daily routines, however, everyone has their own rhythm.
Therefore, it is also normal that every time needs time and enjoys its rest in the room.
So that the WG life works and everyone here can feel good, we naturally need order and cleanliness. We have set up a cleaning plan for this.

wir, (Alex, Luisa und Vicky) suchen zum 1.7.25 nach einen neuen Mitbewohner*in. (Evtl. auch 15.7 möglich)

Unsere Wohnung ist am Güterbahnhof direkt gegenüber vom Rückgrat bzw. Kaufland im 3. Stock mit Aussicht über Freiburg :)

Zu der Wohnung gehören:
- 4 gleich große Zimmer (18 m^2)
- ein großer Eingangsbereich mit noch größerem Flur
- Küche (Spülmaschine ist da)
- Ess-/ Wohnzimmer
- 2 Badezimmer mit Klo (eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne)
- Abstellkammer
- durchgehender Balkon (jeder kann aus seinem Zimmer auf den Balkon und dort ist den ganzen Tag Sonne 🌝)

Die Miete beträgt 725€ warm.
Die Vormieterin würde ihre Möbel gerne drin lassen und können somit für einen kleinen Preis übernommen werden 😋

Hier eine kleine Beschreibung von den Mädels und unserem WG-Leben:

Von jeglichen sportlichen Aktivitäten über gemeinsames Kochen/Spielen oder einem gemütlichen Wein oder Bierchen sind wir für alles zu haben. Durch sehr unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten und Tagesabläufe hat jedoch jeder auch seinen ganz eigenen Rhythmus.
Daher ist es auch normal das jeder mal Zeit für sich braucht und seine Ruhe im Zimmer geniest.
Damit das WG-Leben funktioniert und sich auch jeder hier Wohlfühlen kann, ist uns Ordnung und Sauberkeit natürlich wichtig. Dafür haben wir einen Putzplan aufgestellt.
