The shared space includes, a spacious fully furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher and a big dining table seating ~10-15 people, a bathroom with washing machine and a common space for storage.
The offered room has its own balcony, facing a big garden with an unobstructed view of the mountains behind and WiFi access. Additionally, there is cellar space for storage and free access to the garden. The rent of the house is 412 in total (for electricity and internet).
The shared flat is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which locates in the heart of nature in Gundelfingen, with 2-5mins walking access to the tram stop, Edeka center supermarket and a local swimming pool. Our shared flat is in schwarzwaldstrasse no. 19, Gundelfingen. It is 20-25 minutes to Freiburg city center if you go by bike.
