Eun weiterer Mitbewohner zieht zum 01.03. aus. Also bildet sich die WG so ziemlich neu.
Verbliebener Mitbewohner ist ganz cool. Keine Party WG, eher gechillt.
Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig schmal, aber es geht.
Im Haus ist ein Tanzstudio man hört manchmal am Abend oder Morgen etwas Bass, was ich nicht als störend empfand.
Kleiderschrank, dunkles Regal und Bett (ohne Matratze) soll übernommen werden für 150€.
Am Wochenende zum 01.02. Ziehe ich aus und dann könntest du einziehen.

Gesamtmiete all inclusive bin ich bei 500€, mit Internet, Strom, Müll usw.
