Dieses Zimmer ist das größte von dreien in einer Penthousewohnung im südwestlichen Haslach. Es hat Zugang auf den nach Süden ausgerichteten Dachbalkon. Ein weiteres Zimmer in der Wohnung ist ebenfalls vermietet, das andere wird von mir (Vermieterin) flexibel als Büro oder für Gäste genutzt. Insbesondere bei schönem Wetter nutze ich auch den Balkon gerne, um draußen zu arbeiten.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Gesucht wird ein/e ruhige/r, ordentliche/r und verläßliche/r Mitbewohner/in für einen längeren Zeitraum (wenn es paßt, bis 2 Jahre, verlängerbar), gerne berufstätig. Vom Charakter her ist dies eher keine Studenten-WG.

This room is the largest of three rooms in a penthouse flat in south-western Haslach. It has access to the south-facing roof balcony. Another room in the flat is also rented out, the third one is used flexibly by me (landlady) as an office or for guests. Especially when the weather is nice, I also like to use the balcony to work outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom are shared between all three residents.
I am looking for a quiet, tidy and reliable flatmate (preferably female, working) for a longer period of time (if it fits, up to 2 years, extendable). The character of this offer is rather pragmatic than a student flat-share.
Die Wohnung liegt im südwestlichen Haslach, unmittelbar angrenzend an den Dietenbachpark. Der Dietenbachsee ist mit dem Fahrrad 5 min entfernt.
Verkehrsanbindung: die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist Rohrgraben (ca. 5 min). Ein Frelo-Stand befindet sich in ca. 200m Entfernung, ebenso wie eine Bushaltestelle
Dies ist eher keine Studenten-, sondern eine Zweck-WG. Der/die Mitbewohner/in sollte eher ein/e ruhige/r Typ sein, da z.B. der Balkon geteilt wird. Ab und zu sind (z.T. internationale) Gäste da.
