Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, dafür hat die Wohnung allerdings einen großen Balkon und ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer.
Auch ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und zwei Vollbädern super ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Dietenbachparks, der ist wirklich cool! Bis zur Innenstadt sind es sowohl mit dem Fahrrad, als auch mit der Bahn ungefähr 10 Minuten.
Wie die Mitbewohny Situation im September aussieht, kann ich leider noch nicht sagen, da zwei andere Zimmer der WG ab September ebenfalls untervermietet werden, aber noch nicht klar ist wer in die Zimmer einzieht. Im vierten Zimmer wohnt Moritz. Moritz ist sehr lieb, studiert im vierten Semester Jura und wird vermutlich viel Zeit in der bib verbringen. Wenn klar ist wer in die anderen Zimmer einzieht, kann ich dir dann auch gerne mehr Informationen geben :).
