Hi,
I am leaving for a small vacation and want to sublease my room for a month. You will be sharing the flat with Timo who has just finished his studies in social work and is a great person to live with.
The WG has no linguistic barrier (fluent in German, English, a little French). But you would need to get accustomed to lighting up the oven in your room (wood and assistance provided ;)). However the temperatures in March will probably not make it necessary all the time.
Here are some facts in German:
- Zwischenmieter*in für einen Monat gesucht, März.
- Zimmer in 2er-WG, Ess-Küche mit Balkon, im 3. Stock.
- Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und ca. 16 m² groß.
- Miete: 240 € (inkl. W-Lan)
- Alle Räume in der Wohnung werden mit Holz-Öfen geheizt. Es gibt also keine „normale“ Heizung.
- Holz wird im Keller gelagert.
