The room is around 16 m2.
Cozy, very illuminated even in winter and with great views over the roof tops to the Cathedral and the Schlossberg. The incoming flatmate will be expected to take over the single bed and closet for EUR 60.
The flat is in a 4th floor without lift. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, tableware etc.
There is a separate shower and toilet in the flat. We have a washing machine on the stairs too.
It is located in Rotlaubstraße, in the calm and beautiful district of Herdern. Just 3 min walking from the tram stop Tennenbacherstr (lines 2 and 4), 10 min walking to city center. Ideal for people studying in the Institutsviertel and the Fakultät für Umwelt und Natürliche Ressourcen (just 5 min walking). In the same street you can find a Sparkasse, post office, Penny, bakery, pharmacy (all just 3 min walk), Edeka, Lidl, Aldi and Kaufland (10 min). Leisure opportunities just in 1-10 min from home: Schlossberg forest to walk, Rotlaubpark on the back to play football and pingpong, Botanischer Garten, etc.
We live in a 4-people WG : Luis (24, Spain, PhD student in Physics), Jonas (21, Germany, Philosophy/Linguistics student) and Jens (23, Germany) are looking for someone to takeover the soon to be empty fourth room.
All wg-mates are social but also respect each other's independence. The new flatmate will be expected to do the same.
