Das Zimmer ist annähernd quadratisch geschnitten und zeichnet sich durch ein riesiges Fenster und eine fast 4m hohe Decke aus. Es ist eines von 4 Zimmern. Ansonsten gibt es noch eine Küche mit Esstisch, ein Bad (Dusche und Toilette) und eine einzelne Toilette. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau und wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert.
Zur Straßenbahn läuft man 1 min, Edeka und Penny sind 2 min entfernt.
In der WG wohnen Maria, Chantal und Valerio (Ethnologie, Arzthelferin, Sport/Bio). Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich locker und entspannt. Da sich alle auch noch im Studium/ Ausbildung befinden, kann man sagen es handelt sich um eine typische Studenten-WG.
Das Zimmer wird vorerst zur Zwischenmiete angeboten, es besteht aber eine recht hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass das Zimmer danach ganz übernommen werden kann. In dem Fall würden aber noch einige Möbel rausgenommen werden.
