Wir (Studentin, Student) suchen ebensolche Zwei für Vervollständigung der WG. Schöne Küche mit Abendsonne , große Diele, teilweise renoviert, Alt-Einfachverglasung, Stromöfen, teils Holz- oder Kachelofen, Holz noch reichlich vorhanden, teils spaltbedürftig. Beide Zimmer ähnlich, das etwas Kleinere hat 10 Euro geringere Stromheizkosten.
Kein Balkon, Rauchen im ganzen Haus und Garten nicht erwünscht und nicht gestattet (Kinder im EG). Eigene Waschmaschine im Keller, auch Radabstellung im Keller möglich. Nebenkosten beinhalten schon alles (GEZ, Müll, Internet etc.).
Wir melden uns unter der Woche zurück, Besichtigung am SA/SO 13./14.10.
