Ich biete dir mein schönes, helles, komplett möbliertes 18m2 Zimmer im grünen Herdern für zwei Monate an, während ich in Indien herumreise. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 1,40m Bett, einem großen Einbauschrank, Regalen, einem kleinen Fernseher und einem Schreibtisch. Von meinem Zimmer aus kannst du auch auf unsere kleine Terrasse, auf der du den Freiburger Sommer genießen kannst. Oder du setzt dich auf unseren Balkon.
Beim Ein-und Auszugsdatum bin ich auch flexibel um ein paar Tage, da können wir gerne nochmal verhandeln :)
Since I am going to be travelling India from mid August to mid October, I am subletting my room. It is fully furnished with a double bed, coupboard, desk. Additonally, the room has access to a roof terrace, and is quite spacious at 18sqm.
I am flexible when it comes to exact moving days. However, please be aware that this is unfortunately only a sublet for two months.
Du wohnst mitten im Grünen in Herdern, mit Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür, 5min entfernt von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Okenstraße und 5min entfernt vom Botanischen Garten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich ums Eck, und falls dich der akute Heißhunger packt kannst du einfach ins EG gehen und beim Thailänder was essen oder 5min zur besten Eisdiele in Freiburg laufen.
Located in Herder, surrounded bytrees and greenery, with a bus stop across the street, 5 minutes walkin distance from various shops, the tramway and the Botincal Gardens the flat is ideal to enjoy summer in Freiburg.
Außer dir wohnen Joana, Moritz und Stephie in der WG, mit denen du dir die Küche, das Bad, das separate WC und den Balkon teilst.
Aktuell sind tagsüber alle recht busy mit Labortätigkeiten, Masterarbeitschreiben, Tutorieren und Promotionsvorbereitungen, aber abends triffst du immer wieder jemanden in der Küche für einen Plausch.
You would be living with Joana, Moritz and Stephie, who you would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and balcony with.
Currently everyone is rather busy working in the lab, writing papers and PhDs. But usually everyone gathers in the kitchen in the evenings, and for breakfast in case you are an early bird.
Da du ja in meinem Zimmer, mit meinen Möbel und meinen Pflanzen wohnen wirst, würde ich mir wünschen, dass du ordentlich bist und vielleicht auch einen grünen Daumen hast. Ordentlich wäre da meine wichtigere Priorität, solltest du jetzt denken 'oh Gott die Pflanzen töte ich auf jeden Fall', finden wir sicher eine*n Mitbewohner*in mit grünerem Daumen. :)
Since you would be living in my room, taking care of my plants and furniture, it would be lovely if you had green thumb and had a knack for keeping tidyish. Emphasis on tidyish. In case you are afraid you may kill my plants, I may be able to find someone with a greener thumb ;)
