Ich bin einen Monat nicht in der Stadt, deshalb würde ich mein super Zimmer gerne in gute Hände geben. Ideal für Reisende, Leute die eine Basis für ihre Wohnungssuche für den Herbst brauchen oder Kurzzeit-Praktika.
Das Zimmer ist groß mit hoher Decke, trotz Nordseite hell dank dem großen Fenster und voll möbliert. Es gibt einen Schrank, ein Regal, ein Bett mit 1,40 x 2 m sowie ein Sofa, dass man zu einem ebenfalls 1,40 x 2 m Bett ausklappen kann. Einen Schreibtisch gibt es nicht, man kann aber auch super an der Fensterbank sitzen und arbeiten, oder in der großen Küche. Der Boden ist Laminat, das Fenster hat einen Rollladen und es bleibt auch bei den aktuellen superheißen Temperaturen relativ kühl in der Wohnung, Altbau halt. Fürs Super Raumklima sorgen auch diverse Pflanzen, die aber auch ausquartiert werden können, falls man sich die Pflege nicht zutraut.
Außerdem wichtig: Ich habe normalerweise einen Hund, der wird mit mir weg sein. Aber für Allergiker ist das Zimmer dann wohl nix, ich werde zwar ordentlich putzen, trotzdem kann vielleicht mal ein Hundehaar auftauchen.

I'm leaving town for a month and would like to give my room in good hands. It's perfect for travellers, people doing their flat-hunt for autumn, if you do an internship or a language-course.
The room is big and bright with high ceilings and a large window. It's fully furnished with a wardrobe, a bed with 1,40 x 2 meters, a bookshelf and a sofa wich can also be a bed for two. There's no desk, but the window-sill is big enough to work on, also there's a big table in the kitchen.
The window has a shutter to get the room dark, and our flat stays relatively cool even with the high temperatures right now, because it's an old building with thick walls. I could also leave my plants in the room, but if you don't feel like caring for them they can be put elsewhere.
Also important: I have a dog that travels with me, so the room is not for you if you're allergic. Also, i will clean thoroughly, but it's possible that a dog hair here and there might appear.
Herdern ist ein sehr zentral gelegener Stadtteil, man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt, mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Minuten, mit der Tram in 5. Die Tram Haltestelle ist direkt um die Hausecke. Es gibt kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, ein paar 100 Meter weiter kann man aber auch in Seitenstraßen kostenlos sein Auto parken.
In direkter Umgebung sind mehrere Bäckereien, ein Edeka, eine Apotheke und eine Volksbank, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man noch einige weitere Supermärkte und Banken. Man wohnt außerdem direkt neben der Biologie und dem botanischen Garten, das sogenannte Institutsviertel, in dem die weiteren Naturwissenschaften ansässig sind, ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Our part of town is pretty close to the city center, it will take you 20 minutes to walk there, by bike you'll need 7 minutes, if you take the tram it's 5. The Tram-Stop is right around the corner. If you have a car, there is paid parking in front of the house or free parking some 100 meters further along.
In the neighbourhood are several bakeries, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. Several more supermarkets and other kinds of banks are also not far away.
Neben dir gibt es drei Mitbewohner, die alle im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich tätig sind und entweder ihren Doktor grade abschließen, grade angefangen haben oder sich darauf vorbereiten.
Alle Räume in der Wohnung sind recht groß, der Flur fungiert auch als Wohnzimmer mit Couch, im Bad gibt es Dusche und Badewanne sogar getrennt voneinander, zwei Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Nur eine Mikrowelle haben wir nicht. Der beste Platz ist aber der große Balkon, auch mit Couch und vielen Pflanzen, man erreicht ihn durch die Küche.
There are three other people living in our flat, they are all scientists who either are just finishing their PhD, just starting it or preparing for it.
The whole flat is bretty big, the first room is the hallway that can also be used as living room, at least it has a couch. The bathroom has a shower, a seperate tub, a washing machine and two sinks. Next to it is our kitchen which has everything you need, including a big table and a dishwasher. The only thing we don't have is a microwave. In my opinio the best space is our big balcony which you can access through the kitchen, it also has a couch and a lot of plants.
Ich weiß, es ist kurzfristig, aber vielleicht passt das ganze ja jemandem zufällig perfekt in den Kram. Meldet euch!
