ich bin in Januar 3 Wochen weg und suche daher jemand zur ZWISCHENMIETE ;)
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 8 m², also relativ klein. Dafür aber sehr zentral, billig und sehr hell. Die Wohnung an sich ist groß und verfügt über einen sehr räumigen Dachboden, der als ein Wohnzimmer eingerichtet ist (sogar mit ner Bar und nem Schallplattenspieler).

I'm looking for someone to occupy my room while I'm away. ONLY for 3 weeks ;)
The room is 8 m², so it's quite small. But it's very central, cheap and sunny. The flat itself is big and there's also a direct access to the rooftop that is arranged as a living room (with a bar and a record player).
In 5 Minuten ist man mim Fahrrad in der Innenstadt, die Wohnung befindet sich in der Habsburgerstraße. Direkt gegenüber gibt's nen Hausarzt, nen Supermarkt und ne Apotheke.
Es ist hier trotzdem nachts ruhig und auch tagsüber hört man den Verkehr nur leicht.

5 minutes to the city on the bike, shopping possibilities across the street and it's quiet.
Insgesamt sind wir zu fünft. Alle Deutscher, bis auf mich, aber ich bin ja weg :D Sie sind alle super lieb und sitzen gern abends in der Küche zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt. Jeder hat allerdings nen unterschiedlichen Alltag und wir alle sind sehr beschäftigt, so dass man sich nicht so oft sieht. Wer seine Ruhe braucht, kriegt man die auch.
Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und alle sind ordentlich, aber auch nicht pedantisch ;)

There's 5 of us and everyone is fluent in English. They're all super nice but also very busy. If there's time they like to sit in the kitchen and chat :)
Ich würde mein Zeug auf den Dachboden hochbringen, sodass du genug Platz hast. Allerdings ist das Bett nicht so groß, ist also eher für ne kleinere Person geeignet :)
Du kannst schon jetzt am Sonntag einziehen. Weg bin ich voraussichtlich mindestens bis Ende des Monats. Der Preis ist 276€ mit allem, du müsstest nichts extra bezahlen. Ich verlange ne Kaution von 200€.

I'd leave my stuff on the roof top so that you have enough space in the room. But the bed is quite small, so it's better if you're small yourself ;)
Total cost is 276€ and a deposit of 200€. You can move in this Sunday and I'll be away till at least the end of the month of January.
