Hallo zusammen!
Ich suche dringend von Februar bis Juni für mein Zimmer eine/n Untermieter/in, weil ich ein Auslandssemester machen werde... Das Zimmer ist "nur" ca 12 m² groß (möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal), aber zur Wohnung gehören ein großes helles Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche mit Tisch (und natürlich ein Bad).
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Marktplatz in Freiburg-Herdern, also wirklich eine super Lage, um alles zu erreichen (Uni, Innenstadt, Wald...) :)
Es ist eine echt schöne 2er WG, die Mitbewohnerin ist eine sehr liebe 22-jährige Bio-Studentin (7. Semester).
Außerdem dürfen wir den Garten benutzen.
Miete mit allem inklusive sind unschlagbare 450€, unser Vermieter ist total freundlich und immer erreichbar.
