Hallo ihr Lieben,
da ich im Juni ausziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer frei.
Mein Zimmer ist mit 24qm, sehr geräumig und groß. Es ist teilweise möbliert (200€), grundsätzlich verhandelbar was man behalten möchte. (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regale und Tischchen, kleine Kommode, ggf. Bett mit Matratze) und hat Zugang zum Balkon. Vorteil bei meinem Zimmer ist, dass es nach hinten raus geht und man somit vom Lärm der Hauptstraße direkt vor der Wohnung nichts mitbekommt.
Die Lage ist super zentral. Vom Siegesdenkmal aus erreicht man alles super schnell zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad... Zur Uni in der Stadt brauch ich zu Fuß ca 7 Minuten, auch die Uni in Herdern ist sehr schnell erreibar. Die Bahnstation ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof ca 10 Gehminuten. Supermärkte, Apotheken, und was man alles so braucht erreicht man auch sehr schnell und zur Auswahl steht einiges: Alnatura, Rewe, Aldi, Edeka.
Unsere WG wurde 2016 neu gegründet, die Hauptmieter ziehen jetzt alle aus. Unser Mitbewohner Y bleibt und wird sich über nette MitWGler freuen.
