Großes und gut geschnittenes 17m² Zimmer.
In der Wg haben wir eine Waschmaschiene und eine Spülmaschiene, und eine wunderbare Kaffemaschiene die gerne und viel benutzt wird :)
Die Wohnung ist vor 3 Jahren renoviert worden es ist also alles noch relativ neu und in gutem Zustand ( Küche usw.) Ausßerdem gibt es an meinem (Samuel) Zimmer einen großen Balkon der auch gerne zum Grillen oder sonstigem Mitbenutzt werden darf.
Sehr Zentral, 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt sind direkt Rewe + Alnatura zum einkaufen. 5min entfernt liegt auch ein Aldi. Zum Bahnhof, Bertholdsbrunnen oder Instuítusviertel sind es jeweils nur 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, dass heißt man ist eingentlich überall recht schnell.
Ich (Samuel) und Robin suchen eine/n nette Mitbewohner/in. Entspanntes Wg Leben wir machen gerne was zusammen ( Kochen, Kaffe trinken, oder mal ein bierchen zusammen trinken) aber es hat auch jeder seine Privatsphäre. Weiters können wir ja dann bei einer Besichtigung besprechen :)
