Unsere WG sucht aktuell eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die ab dem 1. Juni 2018 einziehen könnte. Es handelt sich dabei um ein 17 qm Zimmer für ca. 430 Euro warm.
Unsere Verkehrsanbindung zur Straßenbahn sind gut, man wohnt aber so zentral (nahe des Schwabentors), dass man darauf meistens gar nicht angewiesen ist, da wir viel mit dem Rad erreichen. Einen Innenhof für die Räder haben wir. Die Dreisam ist zu Fuß ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Wir waren nie eine Zweck-WG und haben auch nicht vor eine zu werden. Daher ist das Leben hier unkompliziert, angenehm und gesellig, wie es eben sein sollte.

Achtung spontan: Besichtigungstermine sind vermutlich nur kommenden Samstag (14.04) bis Montag (16.04).
