Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich vermiete mein kleines aber sehr feines Zimmer zwischenzeitlich. Frühestens kannst du es zum 01.07. beziehen, die zeitliche Grenze am Ende ist flexibel (irgendwann im August).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt. 2min zum Bahnhof, zur Uni oder ins Stühlinger.
Du wohnst mit drei lieben Menschen zusammen. Valentin, Isabella und ??? (einen neuen Mitbewohner suchen wir ebenfalls zum 01.07.). Es gibt neben den 4 Schlafzimmern eine geräumige Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Bad, separates WC und eine Dachterrasse, die wir jetzt schon fleißig nutzen.
Solltest du bei dem knappen Text noch Fragen haben, frag gerne. Ansonsten melde dich, wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast.
