We am sub-letting a fully furnished 16 m2 room (with a cozy double bed, side tables and a big study table) in a modern, newly renovated shared flat (for females only). The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and a modern fitted kitchen (including a dining area). It is 4 mins away from the nearest tram stop and 15mins by bike to the city centre.
This place is available for rent from 01 July 2018 to 01 August 2018. The warm rent is 400 Euros. The dates and the rent are negotiable.
This might be convenient if you are looking for a short-term let till you can find a more permanent place in Freiburg.

It is a 3 minute (200m) walk away from the Edeka (supermarket) and DM Drogerie, and there are several eating places and bakeries nearby.
Our flat is a 4-5 minute walk (300m) away from the Reutebachgasse tram stop, from where you can reach the city centre in about 10 mins. A bike might be available for rent during the perios of your stay.
You will be living with friendly, helpful people and enjoy a homely atmosphere.
We are looking for someone friendly, who ensures that all the shared/social areas are kept clean for others to use after them. If this sounds like you, please get in touch. :)
