Es handelt sich um eine 3er WG im 3.OG direkt am Schwabentor bzw. Schlossberg. Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof gelegen, weshalb es für die Lage eher ruhig ist. Im Zimmer befinden sich noch Kleiderschrank, Regal und ein Schreibtisch, die übernommen werden können.
Sehr zentrale Lage am Schwabentor, direkte Anbindung an die Bahn. UB etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Wir sind 2 Medizinstudenten, die im Moment auch erst einziehen. Es handelt sich daher um eine Neugründung und zum WG-Leben lässt sich noch nicht so viel sagen.
Bei Bedarf kann ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage hinzugemietet werden.
