WG-Zimmer in 4er WG in der Freiburger Innenstadt

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Freiburger Innenstadt, im Erdgeschoss, direkt an der Dreisam und der B31. Das hat den Vorteil, dass es kaum eine Minute dauert, um dich mit einem Kaffee in der Hand ans Dreisamufer zu setzen. Und es hat den Nachteil, dass es durch den Verkehr nicht ganz leise ist.
Zum Hauptbahnhof, sowie zum Wiehre-Bahnhof kannst du in 10-15 Minuten laufen. Bus- und Tramhaltestellen gibt es reichlich und für den Einkauf und viele Erledigungen lohnt es sich gar nicht erst das Fahrrad aufzuschließen.
Im Innenhof hast du die Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad überdacht abzustellen. Durch den Radweg an der Dreisam ist die Wohnung ohne viel Verkehr mit dem Rad zu erreichen und zum Schlossberg oder in den Wald ist es auch nicht weit, wenn du mal ins Grüne willst.

The flat is located in Freiburg's city center, in the ground floor and next to the river Dreisam as well as the B31. This comes along with the advantage of reaching the Dreisam for having a coffee in less than a minute - and with the drawback of being a rather noisy place.
To reach the central railway station or the station in Wiehre it takes you 10 to 15 minutes by foot. There are plenty of bus- and tramstations nearby and to get your groceries or do further shopping it's usually not even worth unlocking your bike. You can park your bike in the roofed yard. Thanks to the bike lane next to the Dreisam the flat can be reached without being bothered by the traffic. And whenever you'd like to go outdoors the Schlossberg or the forest are not far off.

Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Hannah (schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Umweltwissenschaften), Konstantin (Lehramt Sport, Politik und Italienisch) und Johannes (studiert Informatik im Bachelor).
Zentraler Punkt der WG ist die große, gemütliche Küche, die sich auch in ein Kino verwandeln lässt. Für Sauberkeit sorgt ein Putzplan und gemeinsam genutzte Lebensmittel oder Anschaffungen werden aus der WG-Kasse gezahlt. Das WG-Leben ist uns sehr wichtig - von gemeinsamen Koch- und Filmabenden, vielen Mittagspausen an der Dreisam bis zu gemütlichen Abenden in der Küche oder auch einfach mal zum Quatschen ist alles dabei. Alles muss, nichts kann!

You'll share the flat with Hannah (currently writing her Master thesis in Environmental Sciences), Konstantin (teaching post for sports, politics and Italian) and Johannes (taking the Bachelor course Informatics).
Central meeting point of the WG is the big, cosy and pretty well equipped kitchen, which can be turned into a cinema. Due to a cleaning schedule the flat stays clean and shared food or goods are paid collectively. It's really important to us to have a good time together - watching movies, preparing food and eating together, spending our lunchtime at the Dreisam or just chatting - everything's possible if you like!
