Das Zimmer ist das Größte in der WG mit knapp 20qm. Pluspunkte sind außerdem die eigene Küchenzeile mit zwei Kochplatten und einem Kühlschrank. Ich habe es so eingerichtet, dass die Kochzeile abgetrennt ist und ich einen extra Bereich für das Sofa und den Schreibtisch habe.
Von meiner Einrichtung würde ich gerne das Bett und den Kleiderschrank weiterverkaufen.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Man erreicht Bahnhof, UB und die Innenstadt in unter 5 Minuten. Auch die Dreisam und der Schlossberg sind nicht weit entfernt. Das Fenster geht zwar zur Straße raus aber ich habe das nicht als störend empfunden (ich konnte selbst im Sommer mit offenem Fenster schlafen).
Das WG Leben würde ich eher als eine Zweck WG bezeichnen. Wir teilen uns das Bad, für das wir einen gemeinsamen Putzplan haben.

Frühester Einzugstermin ist voraussichtlich der 19. April (Beginn des Sommersemesters). Gamz genau geplant ist das aber noch nicht und ich bin hier auch 1-2 Wochen flexibel.
