our wg is in KIRCHZARTEN (not Freiburg, but very close!) , there we live four in a great apartment with garden and five minutes to the forest. there is a large bright kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom and a large hall with enough space for three laundry booths. we are lio (they/them), anna (they, her) and lenni (they/them), study all at the PH, are vegetarian/vegan and like to live very friendly/family together, but let us also rest when we need that.
the room is north-east, but still quite bright, has 14 sqm and roof slopes. it will be free from 01.06. If you are interested, bed, desk, cabinet and dresser can be taken over. The contract is limited until September 2027.
Warm rental (!) are 430€ plus approx. 37€ additional costs (current, GEZ and wlan). In kirchzarten it lives very quiet and village, but the connection to the city is not a problem with the s-bahn. If you are interested, please write a message, we look forward to you!

unsere wg ist in KIRCHZARTEN (nicht Freiburg, aber ganz nah dran!) , dort leben wir zu viert in einer tollen Wohnung mit Garten und fünf Minuten zum Wald. es gibt eine große helle Küche, separates Klo und bad und einen großen Flur mit genug Platz für drei Wäsche-Ständer. wir sind lio (they/them), anna (sie, ihr) und lenni (they/them), studieren alle an der PH, sind vegetarisch/vegan und leben gerne sehr freundschaftlich/familiär zusammen, lassen uns aber auch unsere Ruhe, wenn wir das brauchen.
das Zimmer ist nach Nordosten, aber trotzdem recht hell, hat 14 qm und Dachschräge. es wird ab dem 01.06. frei. bei Interesse können Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kommode übernommen werde. Der Vertrag ist erstmal bis September 2027 befristet.
Warmmiete (!) sind 430€ plus ca. 37€ nebenkosten (strom, GEZ und wlan). In kirchzarten lebt es sich sehr ruhig und dörflich, die Anbindung an die Stadt ist aber mit der s-bahn gar kein Problem. wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht, wir freuen uns auf dich!
