Ich verlasse mein teilmöbliertes 12 m^2 Zimmer in unserer kleinen Mädels-WG, ab Mitte August.
Es bleiben der Schrank, der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl und ein kleiner Hocker.
Auf Wunsch (und wenn ich es bis dahin noch nicht verkauft habe) bleibt auch das Ikea Würfelregal
Die Wohnung beinhaltet ein kleines Gemeinschaftsbad und Küche. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller.
Wlan gibt's natürlich auch (+10€).
Ein weiterer Bonus ist eine tolle Aussicht auf grüne Hügel.
🏡🏞️ Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt im wunderschönen, grünen Kappel. Hügel und Schwarzwald gibt es also genug.
🚏🚶♂️Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle "Königsbergerstraße".
🚏🚲 Und mit dem Rad dauert es nur 7 Minuten bis zur PH in Littenweiler und damit auch zur Regiohaltestelle "Littenweiler".
🅿️🚗Einen Parkplatz mit dem Auto findet man normalerweise auch ohne Probleme.
(Für Wanderlustige: über Kappel kann man zur Schauinsland wandern, ca. 10km, one way)
👭🙋🏼♀️Wir sind zu 3, drei Mädels.
Es verbleiben noch Caro, studiert an der MH und Victoria, BuFDi in einem Kindergarten.
👩🏼🍳🛁🚽Wir teilen uns eine kleine Küche, die alles hat was man so braucht und ein kleines Bad (mit Badewanne!) und eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
