Liebe Interessent*innen,
da ich für zwei Monate ein Praktikum im Ausland mache, suche ich für mein Zimmer eine*n Zwischenmieter*in von Anfang September bis Ende Oktober. Das Zimmer ist ca. 11m² groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Dazu gehört ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett, ein Spiegel und eine Kommode. Es ist zwar nicht das größte Zimmer, aber es bietet dennoch Platz für alles, was man braucht. Dazu gibt es noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, welches alle zusammen nutzen.
Unsere Wohnung liegt am Rande von Landwasser mit gutem Anschluss in die Innenstadt. Sie umfasst neben den drei Zimmern ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit abgegrenztem WC, ein Balkon und eine Abstellkammer. Zudem haben wir ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1) ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und man ist in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ein Rewe ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Außerdem ist man schnell im Mooswald, am Moosweiher und im Seepark.
Zu meiner WG zählen neben mir noch Sofia (23 Jahre) und Tobie (27 Jahre) und natürlich Sofias liebe Hündin Fynja (1 Jahr). Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und mit Fynja wird es nie langweilig ;) Es wäre sehr wichtig, dass du gerne mit einem Hund zusammenwohnen würdest und daher auch keine Hundehaar-Allergie o.ä. hast.
An Kosten fallen für dich an:
- 470€/Monat Miete inkl. Nebenkosten
- 8,70€/Monat für das Internet
- einmalig 690€ Kaution

since I am doing an internship abroad for two months, I am looking for a temporary tenant for my room from September until the end of October. The room is about 11m² and will be rented furnished. It includes a closet, a desk with a chair, a bed, a mirror and a chest of drawers. It is not the biggest room, but it still offers space for everything you need. In addition, there is a large living room, which all use together.
Our apartment is located on the outskirts of Landwasser with good connection to the city center. It includes, in addition to the three rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a balcony and a storage room. In addition, we have a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar.
My flatmates are Sofia (23 years old) and Tobie (27 years old) and of course Sofia's lovely dog Fynja (1 year old). Our life together is very relaxed and harmonious. We all get along very well and it is never boring with Fynja ;) It would be very important that you would like to live with a dog and therefore do not have any dog hair allergies or similar.
The tram stop (line 1) is only a few minutes walk away and you can be in the city center in about 15 minutes. A Rewe supermarket is within walking distance. In addition, you can quickly reach the Mooswald, the Moosweiher and the Seepark.
