Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Auwaldstraße, Freiburg - 79110. Wir haben insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, einen Abstellraum, einen Keller und einen Abstellraum für Ihr Fahrrad.
Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro und das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Wir möchten die Zimmer füllen, aber wir möchten die richtigen Mitbewohner finden.

The bigger room can be rented immediately, I am flexible with both long-term and short-term tenants.
The apartment is located in the Auwaldstraße, Freiburg - 79110. We have a total of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a storeroom, a cellar and a storage room for your bike.
The rent is 450 euros and the room is not furnished. We want to fill in the rooms, but we want to find the right roommates.

Die bahn - Freiburg Diakoniekrankenhaus ist 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt und bringt Sie in 14 Minuten zur HBF.
REWE ist ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, Es gibt auch eine Tankstelle in der Nähe. Wenn Sie gerne Bowling spielen oder Billard spielen, ist der Bowling Park eine gute Option.
The train - Freiburg Diakoniekrankenhaus is 30 seconds walk away and takes you in 14 minutes to the main station.
REWE is about 1 minute walk away, There is also a petrol station nearby. If you enjoy bowling or playing pool, Bowling Park is a great option.
Ich werde weiterhin in der WG bleiben, und momentan gibt es ein süßes Paar aus Bulgarien, das bei mir bleibt. Wir leben jetzt seit etwa einem Jahr zusammen.
Abends chillen wir in der Küche, genießen ein kaltes Bier und sehen, wie wir gutes Essen zubereiten. Wir sind sehr entspannt, ruhig und sauber.
I will continue to stay in the WG, and presently there is a sweet couple from Bulgaria who stays with me. We have been living together for about a year now.
We chill in the kitchen some evenings, enjoy a cold beer and see how we prepare some good food. We are very relaxed, calm and clean.
Die gemeinsame Toilette muss von den Mitgliedern der Arbeitsgruppe gereinigt werden, wir machen jede Woche eine Runde und respektieren einander.
Gleiches gilt für den Müll, der normalerweise zweimal pro Woche gelöscht wird und die allgemeinen Bereiche aufgeräumt hält.
The shared toilet will need to be cleaned by the members of the WG, we take rounds every week and is respectful to one another.
Same is the case with the garbage, usually cleared twice and week and keeping general areas tidy.
