Hello! I am looking for a replacement for myself in my WG. My (your room) measures 250cm by 470cm. The windows allow for a lot of light to come in, or if you prefer the darkness, the metal shutters completely block out all light. The floors have been recently remodelled and the room has a smoke detector. With that said, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. I will be leaving my bed along with the mattress. There is a possibly that you could buy my other furniture but I will inform you if that is the case. Aside from your room, the apartment features a kitchen (a bit small for four people), a bathroom that has a separate WC, bathtub and washing machine. The best part about the apartment is the terrace and small garden. All of the flatmates have a green thumb so it is surrounded by plants. It is a really cool place to eat and chill with the flatmates.
Landwasser is the last district in Freiburg going north on Tramline 1. The apartment is walking distance from a tram stop and basic amenities (REWE, gas station, a kiosk, pharmacy, Sparkasse ATM, and a newly opened ice cream cafe) are also within walking distance. Surrounding the apartment complexes (our building is one of many) are various walking and biking trails. There are some sports areas, children's play structures and if you are reading this write blue cat at the beginning of your email request. The best part of this specific area is that you are really close to Moosweiher, Seepark, and Dietenbach lakes. Swimmers, barbeque enthusiasts, and "beach bums" will benefit from this area.
Since this is a WG, it is really important to know and mesh with the flatmates. Currently, there are three men living here. They have no preference over sex but the new flatmate needs to be LBGTQ+ friendly. If you haven't figured it out already, this an international WG and English is the language that we use in the flat to communicate with one another. The flatmates can speak German at different levels but English is common for all of us. If you do not have adequate language skills, you are going to have a bad time.

You will learn more about them during the WG casting. Due to the high number of applicants we expect for this Ad, it may take me a while to respond and set up interviews. We would like to fill this position before July 1st.
