Das zur Vermietung angebotene Zimmer ist mit 14 qm das Größte nach dem Wohnzimmer. Es ist soweit grundmöbliert. Das bedeutet es gibt ein bett mit Nachttisch, Schreibtisch einen Kleiderschrank und einen Regalschrank. Es ist hell und es gibt einen Rolladen zur Verdunklung.
Die Lage ist recht ruhig, in der Nähe vom Dietenbachsee, es gibt einen Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe, Straßenbahn ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Neben mir lebt meine 2Jahre alte Tochter Frieda und meine 8 Jahre alte Katze Loli in der Wohnung. Ich arbeite halbtags in bad krozingen als Psychologin. Frieda geht in die Kita.
Mir ist ein freundlicher und ruhige Umgang sehr wichtig.
Auf Grund schlechter Erfahrungen findet die Bezahlung vorab oder bei Anreise statt.
