Dein Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß mit direktem Zugang zum ruhigen Garten. Du hast einen schönen Schwarzwaldblick und immer viel Sonne, da dein Zimmer auf der Südseite der Wohnung liegt. Außerdem ist es vollständig möbliert mit Bett (90cm), Schrank, Schreibtisch und einem Regal.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die gemütliche Küche mit Sofa und einer Spülmaschine. Ansonsten gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und Tageslicht, sowie einen Kellerraum und eine Waschmaschine/Trockner, die wir gemeinsam mit der WG über uns nutzen. Vor dem Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad anzuschließen, ansonsten kann man es auch easy ins Gartenhäuschen stellen.
Im Garten gibt es einen Holzkohlegrill für gemütliche Grillabende und man kann entspannt in der Hängematte chillen.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 475€ warm. Sie setzt sich zusammen aus 350€ Kaltmiete, sowie 125€ Nebenkosten, in denen Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, Müllgebühren und Rundfunkbeitrag enthalten sind.

Your room is 12 square metres in size with direct access to the quiet garden. You have a beautiful view of the Black Forest and always plenty of sunshine, as your room is on the south side of the flat. It is also fully furnished with a bed (90cm), wardrobe, desk and shelving.
The highlight of the flat is the cosy kitchen with a sofa and a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light, as well as a cellar room and a shared washing machine/dryer. You can lock up your bike in front of the house, otherwise you can easily put it in the garden shed.
There is a barbecue in the garden for cosy evenings and you can chill out in the hammock.
The rent totals €475. It is made up of €350 basic rent and €125 service charges, which include electricity, water, heating, internet, rubbish charges and "Rundfunkbeitrag".

Die WG liegt fast direkt an der Endhaltestelle der Linie 1 in Littenweiler und auch zum Bahnhof Littenweiler läuft man nur 7min. Ähnlich lange läuft man zur PH und zur Littenweilermensa. In 15-20 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Stadt, wobei man entspannt an der Dreisam entlangfahren kann. Ein kleiner Edeka ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Edeka mit einer großen Auswahl ist 3min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und für alles Weitere fährt man nur 7min mit der Straßenbahn ins Einkaufszentrum ZO, wo es einen Aldi, Rewe, DM, etc. gibt.
Wenn man rausgehen möchte, ist es nicht weit zur Dreisam und in den Wald. Für längere Wanderungen kann man auch schnell mit der S-Bahn in den Schwarzwald fahren.
The flat share is located almost directly at the terminus of line 1 in Littenweiler and it is only a 7-minute walk to Littenweiler railway station. It is a similar walk to the PH and the Littenweiler canteen. It takes 15-20 minutes to cycle into town, where you can cycle along the Dreisam river. A small supermarket can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, a supermarket with a large selection is 3 minutes away by bike and for everything else it is only a 7-minute tram ride to the ZO shopping centre, where there is an Aldi, Rewe, DM, etc.
If you want to have a walk outside, it's not far to the Dreisam and the forest. For longer hikes, you can also quickly take the S-Bahn to the Black Forest.

Ich bin Leonie, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Physik im 6. Semester. Im Allgemeinen bin ich sehr kontaktfreudig und immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben. In ihrer Freizeit gehe ich gerne tanzen, spazieren, schwimmen, wandern, treffe mich gerne mit Freunden und habe Freude am Lesen.
