Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanna. Das Zimmer ist moebliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch. Im Juni 2017 wurde eine neue Küche in die Wohnung eingebaut, die mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt wird, die aber nur 2 bis 3 mal im Jahr present ist. Die Küche ist gross und man kann auch gut darin sitzen (Tisch und 4 Stuehle). Leider gibt es im Keller nur wenig Platzt. Allerdings gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Radkeller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 7 Gehminuten entfernt von der Endhaltestelle der Strassenbahn in Littenweiler; die Strassenbahn fährt alle 5 Minuten. Mit dem Zug ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, die Haltestelle des Zuges ist 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und er fahrt alle 30 Minuten. Supermarkte sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
2 Personen werden in der WG wohnen, wobei eine Person nur 2 bis 3 mal im Jahr kommt. Das heisst das die Person die jetzt ausgesucht wird meist alleine hier wohnt. evetuell kann auch verlängert werden.
