Hallo Liebe Zimmer suchenden,
In unserer 5er WG wird mein Zimmer für 4-5 Wochen frei (ab 28.4 bis ca. 1.6, länger bei Bedarf wäre auch Möglich). Dein -vielleicht- neues Reich ist 10 m² groß und und wirkt sehr lebendig durch die schöne Pflanzen (die sich auf ganz wenig Zuneigung 1-2 mal der Woche mega freuen).
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und mit Holzboden ausgestattet. Die restliche Wohnung besteht aus 2 durch das Flur getrennten Hälften: deine Wohnungshälfte hat einer multifunktionale Küche (+ wohnzimmer), ein Bad (mit tollen Ausblick zum Roßkopf) und ein weiteres Zimmer. Der Flur dient als Kühlraum (mit Kühlschrank) und führt zu dem Treppenhaus, wo wir eine Garderobe und ein Schuhregal haben. Die Wohnung Gegenüber ist quasi gespiegelt (ohne Küche) und da sind 3 weitere Mitbewohnende.
Die Wohnung ist kuschelig klein und wir laufen uns eben über den Weg wenn man Lust auf Gesellschaft hat. Wenn du deine Ruhe willst stört es aber auch niemanden wenn du deine Zimmertür hinter dich zu machst.
Offene Kommunikation ist uns wichtig. Es ist immer gut Dinge die einen stören frühzeitig anzusprechen.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 380€ und beinhaltet GEZ, Strom, Internet, Wasser, Müll- und Heizkosten.

Hello dear room seekers,
In our flat-sharing community of 5, my room will be available for 4-5 weeks (from 28.4 to approx. 1.6, longer if necessary would also be possible). Your -maybe- new kingdom is 10 m² and looks very lively due to the beautiful plants (which are very happy about a little affection 1-2 times a week).
The room is furnished and has a wooden floor. The rest of the flat consists of 2 halves separated by the staircase: your half of the flat has a multifunctional kitchen (+ living room), a bathroom (with a great view of the Roßkopf) and another room. The hallway serves as a cold room (with fridge) and leads to the staircase, where we have a wardrobe and a shoe rack. The flat opposite is more or less mirrored (without kitchen) and there are 3 other flatmates.
The flat is cosy and small and we run into each other when we want company. If you want peace and quiet, no one minds if you close the door to your room behind you.
Open communication is important to us. It is always good to talk about things that bother you early on.
The rent is 380€ and includes GEZ, electricity, internet, water, rubbish and heating costs.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom alten Fußball Stadion im östlichen Waldsee. Neben Fußläufig erreichbaren kleine Cafés, Läden und Sport-Installationen (Schwimmbad, Sauna, Fußball, Volleyball und die Unisportsgelände), liegt die Dreisam direkt um die Ecke und es gibt hier vor allem eine Menge schöne Waldwege zu entdecken. Allerdings ist direkt vor der Tür ist die Hansjakobstraße (viel Sbahn- und Autoverkehr), aber die Fenstern isolieren ziemlich gut.
Die Pädagogische Hochschule (PH) und die Musikhochschule liegen auch nicht weit von uns (5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad). Die Innenstadt ca. 15 min von unsere Wg entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein großes Einkaufszentrum (Alnatura, Rewe, Aldi, Post, Apotheke). Außerdem findest du die Haltestellen Römerhof und Hasemanstraße (Sbahn) in 3 minuten zu Füß und den Bahnhof Freiburg-Littenweiler (Zug) in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.

The flat is located near the old football stadium in the eastern Waldsee. In addition to small cafés, shops and sports facilities (swimming pool, sauna, football, volleyball and the university sports grounds) within walking distance, the Dreisam is just around the corner and there are a lot of beautiful forest paths to discover. However, right on the doorstep is Hansjakobstraße (lots of tram and car traffic), but the windows insulate pretty well.
The Pädagogische Hochschule (PH) and the Musikhochschule are also not far from us (5-10 min by bike). The city centre is about 15 minutes away from our flat. There is also a large shopping centre nearby (Alnatura, Rewe, Aldi, post office, pharmacy). You can also reach the Römerhof and Hasemanstraße stops (Sbahn) in 3 minutes on foot and the Freiburg-Littenweiler station (train) in 10 minutes by bike.
Deine neuen MitbewohnerInnen sind: Hanna, JanCarl, Bilal und Nina.
Hanna und JanCarl sind beide teilzeit berufstätig und ein Pärchen. Sie wohnen in der andere Wohnungshälfte.
Bilal und Nina (zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Juni) studieren. Nina wohnt in deiner Wohnungshälfte.
Sie sind alle Hobbie-mässig häufig unterwegs (politischen Engagement, schwimmen, FreundInnen treffen, Tanzen, Fußball, was warmes trinken gehen... sehr vielfältig!) aber wir finden uns regulär zuhause, sitzen gerne in der Küche, kochen, backen und essen gemeinsam vegane/vegetarische Leckereien oder spielen oder schauen gemeinsam was Nettes.

Your new flatmates are: Hanna, JanCarl, Bilal and Nina.
Hanna and JanCarl both work part-time and are a couple. They live in the other half of the flat.
Bilal and Nina (as interim tenants until the end of June) are studying. Nina lives in your half of the flat.
They are all often out and about hobbie-wise (political engagement, swimming, meeting friends, dancing, football, going out for a hot drink.... very diverse!) but we regularly find ourselves at home, like to sit in the kitchen, cook, bake and eat vegan/vegetarian treats together or play games or watch something nice together.
Bringst du Zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation, Rücksichtnahme auf Lautstärke, Sauberkeit und Ordnung und Freude auf ein nettes Miteinander? Wir suchen dich!
