ich vermiete mein 20qm² Zimmer in dem Falkenberger Studentenwohnheim für den Zeitraum 09.09.23 - 22.10.23. Die Zwischenmiete ist perfekt für Leute, die gerade neu in Freiburg sind und vor Ort sich was suchen möchten oder in Freiburg gerade temporär verbleiben. Die Warmmiete beträgt 350€ pro Monat.
Da wir eine 22-er WG sind, hat jede Person ein Waschbecken. Es gibt auch zwei Küchen, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum (Wohn- und Esszimmer) sowie vier Duschen und vier Toiletten - Man hat also genug Platz;). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, deswegen kannst du auch gerne an dem WG Leben teilnehmen.
Der Seepark ist direkt um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch (Lidl oder Westarkaden mit dm, Aldi etc). Straßenbahn und Bahn sind 7 Gehminuten entfernt.

Hello,
I am renting my 20sqm room in the Falkenberg student dormitory for the period 09.09.23 - 22.10.23. The Zwischenmiete is perfect for people who are just new in Freiburg and want to look for something locally or just stay in Freiburg temporarily. The monthly rent is 350€ (all included).
Since we are a 22-person shared apartment, each person has a sink. There are also two kitchens, a large common room (living and dining room) and four showers and four toilets - so you have enough space ;). We are not a Zwecks WG, so you are welcome to participate in the WG life.
The Seepark is just around the corner and shopping facilities too (Lidl or Westarkaden with dm, Aldi etc). The tram and train station are each 7 minutes walk away.
