I'm moving out of my room end of August, so I am offering it out for sublease until the end of September.
You may negotiate with the landlord if you are interested in keeping the room longer.
The room is suitable for 1 or 2 people. It is a single room that is comfortably divided into 2 sections.
Otherwise, within the WG there are 2 toilets and 1 large bathroom with full facilities. The kitchen also contains 2 Refrigerators and a Freezer which you share with the other people, as well as an oven, microwave and of course a stove.
The WG also has a garden and is near Seepark and has easy access to Bus Linie 10 and 36.
The total rent I offer you for the month is 550 euro. Further stay and rent may be negotiated with the landlord.
