Da ich im Februar umziehe, biete ich mein 15m² WG-Zimmer für ca. 2 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an. Zum 01.04 wurde die Wohnung auf Eigenbedarf gekündigt.
Zur Ausstattung des Zimmers zählt eine Schlafcouch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und ein Schreibtisch.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da die WG in einer wenig befahrenen Straße liegt.
In die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10min.
Die Straßenbahnstation Berliner Allee ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, die Station Runzmattenweg in ca. 8min.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ideal: Eine Straße weiter sind die Westakaden mit einem REWE, einem DM und einem Bio Markt.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Raphi und Nina. Raphi ist berufstätig und sehr sportlich unterwegs. Nina studiert Lehramt und ist die Hauptmieterin. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freuen sich immer neue Menschen kennen zu lernen.
Die Miete ist natürlich eine Monatsmiete, weswegen im ersten Monat (ab dem 10.02) nur 20 Tage bezahlt werden müssen, das sind 273€
