It is a furnished room(bed, desk, cupboard,shelf) in Campus dorms of SWFR. As the building is pretty new, all the furniture is almost brand new as well. The room is big enough even if you have too many stuff. The room is on the west side which means you have a great view of the evening sun:) The whole flat is for 4 people, and you have your own room.
It is on the edge of Mooswald and Brühl. The closest tram stop is Technische Fakultät. Seepark is in walking distance, there are many bakeries, post office, pharmacy, restaurants that you can reach on foot as well. Moosweiher is 10 minutes away by bike, and it is so close to the woods, Mooswald. It takes 15 minutes to the city centre by bike, and 15-20 minutes if you take the tram. The nearest supermarket is Lidl. But you reach to the Westerkarden in 5 minutes by bike. Overall, the location is pretty convenient.
You will be the fourth one in the flatshare. We are all students at the University of Freiburg, and you have to be an enrolled student as well (but not exactly at UniFreiburg of course). There is Annika, Hanmoe, and Sebastian living in the flat. You have your privacy but everyone is so helpful and friendly to each other.
You have to be an enrolled student to take the apartment. However, the gender does not matter. Unfortunately, that is an obligation by SWFR. If you are interested send me a message via WG-gesucht or via Whatsapp. If you wanna for a shorter time(half a month or something) that would also work perfectly fine.
