Hallo ihr Lieben,
Hier seht ihr ein wunderschönes Wg-Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Weinberge am Schlossberg und die Dreisam. Durch die großen Fenster ist es schön hell, im Sommer aber nicht zu warm, da es nach Norden zeigt und im Winter nicht zu kalt, weil trotzdem viel Licht rein kommt. Die Wohnung hat ingesamt 35m2, eine kleine Partyküche, ein renoviertes Bad und einen Balkon, der an dein Zimmer grenzt!
Vor dem Haus gibt es auch einen großen Fahrrad Stellplatz.
Die Warmmiete beinhaltet Internet, Strom und Müll. Die Termine für die Besichtigungen können wir nach Anfrage besprechen ☀️

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Dreisam in Oberau, zwischen Ganterbrauerei und dem ZO. Dort hast du alles, was du zum Einkaufen brauchst. Nicht weit sind die Musikhochschule, der Unisportplatz und die PH. In die Stadt brauchst du mit dem Rad etwa 5-7 Minuten, je nach Tempo ;) Die Lage ist also wirklich perfekt!
Vor dem Haus gibt es auch einen großen Fahrradstellplatz.
