The WG is located in the Rieselfeld district. The apartment is a total of 81 m2 and has 3 WG rooms. Shared use is a bathroom (shower), washing machine, an open kitchen with fitted kitchen and a terrace.
The free room is 10 m2 large, has a beautiful wooden floor and a large window front with private access to the terrace. Rental costs amount to 390 € warm plus. Electricity, internet and garbage charges.
Die WG befindet sich im Stadtteil Rieselfeld. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 81 m² groß und verfügt über 3 WG-Zimmer. Gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden ein Bad (Dusche), Waschmaschine, eine offene Küche mit Einbauküche und eine Terrasse.
Das freie Zimmer ist 10 m² groß, verfügt über einen schönen Holzboden und eine große Fensterfront mit eigenem Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 390 € warm zzgl. Strom, Internet und Müllgebühren.
WG is located in the Rieselfeld district with good access to the tram and shopping facilities: bakery, butchery, Lidl, Edeka, Bioladen and Pizzeria are all within walking distance. By tram or bike you are quickly in the city, on the Mundenhof, on the bathing lake in Opfingen or in the Dietenbachpark. Who likes nature is by bike or by foot after a few minutes in the green. There are good parking options for drivers.
Die WG liegt im Stadtteil Rieselfeld mit guter Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Lidl, Edeka, Bioladen und Pizzeria sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Rad seid ihr schnell in der Stadt, auf dem Mundenhof, am Badesee in Opfingen oder im Dietenbachpark. Wer die Natur mag, ist mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß nach ein paar Minuten im Grünen. Für Autofahrer gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
In the 3 WG, a person lives with and two people without restrictions and you can also become part of it! We are currently looking for a roommate for a free room.
In this WG you are part of an inclusive residential concept as roommates. You accompanies your roommates with restrictions to live as self-determined as possible and support him in everyday life and in leisure. Otherwise you are a normal WG.
For support in everyday life, you can get a cost compensation - the number of assistance hours are determined individually according to the needs of your roommate. Tasks are primarily the support in everyday life – e.g. shopping, cooking, cleaning and leisure activities.
In der 3er WG wohnen ein Mensch mit und zwei Menschen ohne Einschränkungen zusammen und auch du kannst Teil davon werden! Aktuell suchen wir ein*e Mitbewohner*in für ein freies Zimmer.
In dieser WG seid ihr als Mitbewohner*innen Teil eines inklusiven Wohnkonzeptes. Ihr begleitet euren Mitbewohner mit Einschränkungen dabei, ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen und unterstützt ihn im Wohnalltag und in der Freizeit. Ansonsten seid ihr eine ganz normale WG.
Für die Unterstützung im Alltag könnt ihr eine Aufwandsentschädigung erhalten - Die Anzahl der Assistenzstunden werden individuell nach dem Bedarf eures Mitbewohners festgelegt. Aufgaben sind vor allem die Unterstützung in der alltäglichen Lebensführung – z.B. Einkaufen, Kochen, Putzen und die Freizeitgestaltung.
The main accompaniment of your roommates with restrictions takes over the specialists of the uWo team (=supported living) of the life aid Breisgau. You are also your contact persons and can contact you if necessary.
Telephone/Internet and garbage fees are the responsibility of WG members themselves. There are also costs for electricity.
The room is unfurnished.
The contact runs over us, Jessica Schmiedlin and Sophie Klinger (pedagogical professionals).
We can be reached on workdays (Monday to Thursday), so the viewing dates can only take place. Sign up and write a few things about you and your motivation to become part of the inclusive residential project.
Die Hauptbegleitung eurer Mitbewohner mit Einschränkungen übernehmen die Fachkräfte des uWo-Teams (= unterstütztes Wohnen) der Lebenshilfe Breisgau. Sie sind auch eure Ansprechpartner*innen und können euch bei Bedarf anleiten.
Telefon/Internet und Müllgebühren fallen in die Verantwortung der WG-Mitglieder selbst. Ebenso fallen noch Kosten für Strom an.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Der Kontakt läuft über uns, Jessica Schmiedlin und Sophie Klinger (pädagogische Fachkräfte).
Wir sind werktags (Montag bis Donnerstag) erreichbar, somit können auch die Besichtigungstermine nur dann stattfinden. Meldet euch gerne und schreibt ein paar Dinge über euch und eure Motivation, ein Teil des inklusiven Wohnprojekts zu werden.
