Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, naturnahen Lage in einem Neubaugebiet. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in Sichtweite, Park, Naturschutzgebiet, Badesee, Sportstätten in Gehweite
Die Fahrtzeit zur Uni und in die Innenstadt beträgt mit der Straßenbahn 18 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten.
The apartment is situated in a very safe, nice, quiet and new built part of town. The apartment was built in 2003 with new facilities and modern standard. A Park, a swimming lake, sport facilities, a zoo and a natural reserve are within walking distance. The tram station is situated 30 meters from the house. It takes 18 minutes to the University and downtown by tram and 15 minutes by bike.
