Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und hat eine schöne Sicht nach draußen. Im Moment stehen noch Möbel darin. Es wird aber unmöbliert vermietet. Die Dachschräge gibt dem Zimmer ein sehr wohnliches Gefühl. Es hat aber auch genüg gerade Flächem um seine Möben gut stellen zu können.
Die Wohnung ist ausserhalb von Freiburg in Sölden (hinter Merzhausen). Mit dem Fahrrad (schöner Radweg) ist man in 25 min im Zentrum.
Die Verkerhsanbindung mit dem Bus ist sehr gut (alle 15-30 Minuten).
In der Wohnung wohne ich ( Robert, 26) und würde mich über eine/n Mitbewohner/in freuen. Ich möchte nicht in einer reinen Zweck WG wohnen. Mir ist ein nettes miteinander, wichtig.
Cool wäre wenn du auch Klettern / Bouldern gehst.
Ich denke alles weiter bespricht sich am besten, wenn du dir die Wohnung anschaust :)
