Das Zimmer liegt zur Südseite, bei gutem Wetter durch das Tageslicht sehr hell. Liegt somit in Richtung der Dreisam, aber auch zur B31 die vor dem Haus verläuft. Durch die recht neuen schallgedämpften Fenster trotzalledem ruhig für diese Lage. Vermieter wird es unmöbiliert..
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG in der Dreisamstrasse in einem Altbau.
Zur Dreisam muss man nur über eine Ampel laufen.
In die Innenstadt geht man ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß.
In der WG wohnen wir aktuell zu 4.
Wir suchen ausdrücklich nach neuen Mitbewohner*innen, die pflichtbewusst sind, sowie einen großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen.
