Hallo Zimmersuchende,
da ich bis Ende des Jahres ausserhalb von Freiburg arbeite, suche ich vom 15.11. bis zum 31.12.2014 einen Zwischenmieter. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG im 1. OG in Freiburg Haslach. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche samt Balkon und ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche. Das Zimmer selbst hat 15m² mit Parkett Boden. Außerdem gibts einen Fahrradkeller sowie eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist in der Julius-Brecht-Straße, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10min in der Stadt. Ansonsten kommt man zu Haltestellen der Linien Bus 14 (Mühle) sowie Straßenbahn 5 (Dorfbrunnen) innerhalb fünf Gehminuten. Beim Dorfbrunnen gibts einen Netto, Dm und Edeka außerdem diverse Bäckereien und eine Post. In der Umgebung (ca 5min zu Fuß) gibts auch einen Treff und ein Aldi.
Die Bewohner im Haus sind bunt gemischt Familien, Rentner, Studenten usw.. außerdem ist es trotz Zentraler Lage angenehm ruhig: Verkehrslärm gibts bei uns keinen ;)
Dein Mitbewohner Micha (25) arbeitet als Praktikant hier in Freiburg.
Er wohnt zur Zeit auch zur Zwischenmiete da meine Mitbewohnerin für fünf Monate im Ausland ist.
Das Zimmer sowie Küche/Bad sind möbliert. Im Zimmer selbst befinden sich ein Bett, Schrank sowie ein Schreibtisch. Termine zum Kennenlernen am liebsten ab diesen So 02.11.
