Die Zimmer sind zwischen 15 qm und 25 qm groß und frisch saniert. In der WG befindet sich ein tolles, großes Wohn- und Esszimmer (30 qm) mit Balkon und eine Frühstücksraum mit neuer, großer Küchenzeile (15 qm). Die WG verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Waschtischen, WC.
Die Wohnung frisch saniert, super hell und hochwertig ausgestattet. Ein schöner Parkettboden ist vollflächig verlegt.
Die WG liegt super ruhig und zentral in der schönen Freiburger Altstadt. Man benötig zu Fuß lediglich 5 min zur Uni-Bib. Bäcker, Waschsalon und das berühmte Café Moltke liegen direkt zu den Füßen der Wohnung. Zum HBF sind es zu Fuß nur 9 min und an die Dreisam 4 min.
Es sind aktuell noch alle 7 Zimmer zu belegen und es wird ein bunter, lustiger Mix aus sozialen Leuten gesucht, die auf das WG-Leben Lust haben und sich entsprechend einbringen.
