Hallo ihr Lieben,
mein Zimmer wird voraussichtlich bis Ende Dezember zur Zwischenmiete frei. Es ist direkt unter dem Dach mit zwei urigen Holzbalken. Möbel würden nach Absprache drin bleiben.
Man braucht zu Fuß keine 10 min in die Innenstadt und es hat ne top Verkehrsanbindung, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Penny und Edeka ist gleich um die Ecke.
Ihr würdet mit Anna (studiert Grundschullehramt), Nathalie (fast fertig mit ihrem Soziale Arbeit Studium) und Padde (angehender Lehrer) zusammen wohnen. Es wird ab und zu gemeinsam gekocht, gespielt oder einfach gemütlich zusammen gesessen.
Die 410€ sind die gesamte Miete plus Kaution.
