Schönes Zimmer mit Parkettboden. Unsere Wohnung ist eine renovierte Altbauwohnung. Bad und Küche und alle Fenster sind renoviert worden. Da ich das Zimmer nur untervermiete würde ich die Möbel im Zimmer lassen.
Die Lage ist Perfekt es ist relativ ruhig hier, aber man ist auch in der Nähe des Zentrum als auch nur wenige Meter von dem Schlossberg entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Max. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Bis zum Schwabentor sind es 5 Gehminuten.
Du wirst mit zwei Mädchen zusammen in der WG wohnen. Das WG Leben ist sehr unkompliziert, die beiden sind sehr nette Mitbewohnerinnen. Du wirst Sie ja vielleicht bald selber schon kennenlernen ;)
Wichtig ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Sonst können wir alles weitere besprechen.
