The room is the largest in the WG with 16sqm and is super beautifully spacious and bright. The windows point south/west, so there is plenty of natural light. Some of the furniture can be taken over by agreement.
In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms divided between the roommates, the bathroom to my room is the first (see pictures) with shower and bathtub. The second bathroom also has a shower if the first is occupied.
There is a very large terrace with beautiful views to the south so also beautiful sun (there is a blind when the sun turns too big)
Very spacious kitchen with dining table, a large living room with window front, a fireplace in the hall area.
In the cellar there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as a bicycle storage place. Around the house is a lot of green, if someone wants to garden, I have enough green space. There are 7 car parking spaces on the farm.
The total rental is 450€
The cold rental is 400€ per month
Additional costs are 50€ per month
The 50€ additional costs include all costs (including electricity and internet). Only GEZ has to pay the apartment itself.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG mit 16qm und ist super schön geräumig und hell. Die Fenster zeigen nach Süd/ Südwest, also gibt es viel natürliches Licht. Einige von den Möbeln können nach Absprache gerne auch übernommen werden.
In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Bäder die zwischen den Mitbewohnern aufgeteilt sind, das Bad zu meinem Zimmer ist das erste (siehe Bilder) mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das zweite Bad hat ebenfalls eine Dusche falls mal das erste besetzt ist.
Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick nach Süden also auch schön Sonne (es gibt eine Jalousie wenn mal die Sonne zu krass knallt)
Sehr geräumige Küche mit Esstisch, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fensterfront, ein Kamin im Flur Bereich.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trocknern, sowie einen Fahrradabstellplatz. Um das Haus ist viel Grün, wenn jemand gärtnern möchte, ich genug Grünfläche vorhanden. Auf dem Hof sind 7 Autostellplätze.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 450€
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 400€ im Monat
Die Nebenkosten betragen 50€ im Monat
In den 50€ Nebenkosten sind alle Kosten enthalten (auch Strom und Internet). Nur GEZ muss die Wohnung selber bezahlen.
The WG house is located in Stegen-Reckenberg. The PH and the outskirts are 7km. Ideal if you have a car (10 minutes to the PH). Otherwise it is easily accessible by e-bike or bus/rail, lasts for a few minutes longer. The bus stop is in front of the house. The bus runs in 30 minutes.
Das WG Haus liegt in Stegen-Reckenberg. Bis zur PH und zum Stadtrand sind es 7km. Optimal wenn man ein Auto hat (10 Minuten zur PH). Ansonsten ist es mit E-Bike oder Bus/Bahn gut erreichbar, dauert habe halt paar Minuten länger. Die Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus. Der Bus fährt im 30 Minuten Takt.
The WG life is super simple and relaxed. Everyone appreciates his privacy and time alone, but you meet regularly when cooking, watching TV or on the terrace. Social life is not necessary, but it is of course important that the mood fits :)
The roommates are:
Amelie (21 ): Is there since the beginning of the WG, studied at the pH German and Biology, working at the primary school in Stegen and Eschbach
Anna Lena (22): Is there since the beginning of the WG, also studying at pH (special education)
Mirco (22): makes a commercial training in Kirchzarten. Is often playing football, and firing at the stadium, and otherwise in the leisure time in many different cities.
Larissa (26): If for an internship after the bachelor's degree from Switzerland, we leave again at the end of June.
Hanna: only soon, so I don't have much to tell yet, but first impression is super friendly and nice:)
Das WG Leben ist super simpel und entspannt. Jeder schätzt seine Privatsphäre und Zeit alleine, aber man trifft sich ganz regelmäßig beim Kochen, beim Fernsehen oder auf der Terrasse. Sozialleben ist kein muss, aber es es ist natürlich wichtig dass die Stimmung passt :)
Die Mitbewohner sind:
Amelie (21 ): Ist seit Beginn der WG da, studiert an der pH Deutsch und Biologie, arbeitet an der Grundschule in Stegen und Eschbach
Anna Lena (22 ): Ist auch seit Beginn der WG da, studiert ebenfalls an der pH (Sonderpädagogik)
Mirco (22): macht eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in Kirchzarten. Ist oft Fußball spielen, und im Stadion anfeuern, und sonst im der Freizeit in ganz vielen verschiedenen Städten unterwegs.
Larissa (26): Ist für ein Praktikum nach dem Bachelor aus der Schweiz her gezogen, verlässt uns aber auch schon wieder Ende Juni.
Hanna: zieht erst demnächst ein, also habe ich noch nicht so viel zu erzählen, aber erster Eindruck ist super freundlich und nett :)

The WG room is unlimited. On request it can also be rented only for 3 months over the summer if someone is looking for a transition solution until the start of the study.

Das WG Zimmer ist unbefristet. Auf Wunsch kann es auch nur für 3 Monate über den Sommer gemietet werden, falls jemand eine Übergangslösung bis zum Studienanfang sucht.
