Das Zimmer hat 13-14qm. Die Grundfläche ist zwar etwas größer, aber durch eine Dachschräge reduzieren sich die qm auf 13/14. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Stühlinger Kirche und den Schauinsland. Es gibt ein Waschbecken im Zimmer.
Das Zimmer wäre größtenteils leer, aber es befindet sich eine Kommode drin und ich könnte ein Bett organisieren.
Die Wg liegt in der Nähe des technischen Rathauses. Also sehr zentral zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Seepark. Die nächste Bahnstation (Stühlinger Rathaus) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Mit Bahn oder Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten in beinahe jedem Stadtteil Freiburgs. Seid Neuestem befindet sich ein Aldi in der gleichen Straße ca. 100m entfernt. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Radius von 5-10 Wegzeit.
Mit 8 Leuten wird es nie langweilig. Man findet immer jemanden zum Kochen, Spiele spielen, Volleyball spielen oder an den See fahren. Wir sind eine sehr gesellige Gruppe und pflegen unser gemeinschaftliches Wg Leben.
