Die Wohnung ist eine gemütliche Dachgeschoss WG. Das Zimmer ist 9m² groß, die Warmmiete beträgt 300€. Das Zimmer ist unmobiliert. Das Fenster liegt zum Innenhof. Im Winter kann man einen Blick auf die Dreisam erhaschen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stühlinger in perfekter Lage. Es sind 2 Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Dreisam, eine Minute bis zum Bus, 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof, 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Neuerdings sind leider Parkuhren direkt vor der Haustür, aber 500 Meter die Straße runter ist eigentlich immer eine Parkmöglichkeit.
Es soll keine Zweckwg sein.
