Das Zimmer (14m2) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, es hat ein großes Fenster und ist deshalb sehr hell. Ich lasse alle Möbel da, die du natürlich benutzen kannst.
The room(14m2) is in the ground floor of the building. It has a lovely big window and therefore is quite bright. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk.
Das Zimmer hat eine super Lage, die Westarkaden (Rewe, DM, Aldi) sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, und auch zur Straßenbahn ist es nicht weit (6 Minuten zu Fuß).
The room has a great location. There are supermarkets and other shops just a stone throw away, quickly reached on foot. The next tram station is 6 minutes away on foot.
Außer mir, wohnen im Moment Florian, Saskia und Cosimo in der WG. Sie sind alle Studenten. Wir machen gerne mal was zusammen aber wenn man seine Ruhe haben will ist das auch kein Thema.
Currently Florian, Saskia and Cosimo are living in the apartment besides me. They are all students too. We occasionally do something together but also respect each others privacy when this is required.
Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass wir zwei Badezimmer für vier Leute haben!
Leider darf ich das Zimmer nur an Studenten Untermieten.
A big advantage of living here is that the apartment has two bathrooms for just four people! You have to be a student to stay in the room.
