Ich suche ab sofort einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin für eine Zweier-WG im Erdgeschoß.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem eingebauten Doppelhochbett aus Vollholz ausgestattet. Dadurch kann der Raum, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter auch zum Arbeiten/Lernen genutzt werden.
Direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Eschholzstraße ist man sofort in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Apotheke und sonst auch alles, was man braucht liegen in Laufnähe.
Ich bin beruflich immer wieder länger weg und verbringe auch einige Abende pro Woche bei meiner Freundin. Du wirst die Wohnung also immer wieder für dich allein haben. Ich wünsche mir aber trotzdem keine reine Zweck-WG. Wir können also gerne ab und an vegetarisch kochen oder mal gemeinsam joggen gehen.
Ich bin Musiker und arbeite zuhause. Das bedeuted, dass ich in meinem Raum (der an deinen angrenzt) übe und ab und an unterrichte. Da das praktisch immer tagsüber passiert, wirst du nichts davon mitbekommen, wenn du berufstätig bist, oder studierst.
