Da ich kurzfristig ausgezogen bin und der neue Mieter erst zum 01.05. einzieht, suche ich für die nächsten 3 Monate (jetzt bis 30. April.2020) einen Zwischenmieter für mein altes Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Eschholzstraße in Freiburg mit gutem Zugang zu Bus/Bahn/Uni und eigenem Supermarkt / Tankstelle direkt vor der Haustür.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 30m² und ist das größte der WG mit eigenem Balkon zur Eschholzstraße hin. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Bad und WC sind getrennt voneinander benutzbar - Waschmaschine zur Benutzung vorhanden.
Die drei Mitbewohner sind alles Mitglieder der ASZ Freiburg Studentenverbindung sind sehr genügsam/nett und und man kann sehr gut mit ihnen auskommen.
